These terms apply to your use of this website. Project work is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by the parties.

Informational website

Site content, examples, prices, service ranges, and timelines are general starting points and may change. A website inquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve availability, or require either party to proceed. A final scope, price, timeline, support window, and payment schedule exist only in a written agreement.

Diagnostics, Blueprints, and platform work

A focused diagnostic or sprint is limited to its written deliverable and does not include a full rebuild unless expressly stated. The System Blueprint is a separately paid planning engagement required before Outcomeward commits to the final scope, price, or timeline of an advanced platform. It is not automatically a build deposit or credit unless the written proposal says so.

Business planning and financial scenarios

Business plan reviews, launch blueprints, market research, operating models, and financial scenarios are limited to the evidence, client-supplied facts, assumptions, and deliverables named in the written scope. They do not guarantee financing, investment, approval, profitability, revenue, or business success. Outcomeward does not provide legal, zoning, architectural, engineering, tax, accounting, securities, or other licensed professional advice. Those requirements remain the client's responsibility and may require separately engaged qualified professionals.

No outcome guarantees

Outcomeward does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, or other business outcomes. Results depend on the offer, market, competition, implementation, ongoing work, and factors outside our control.

AI-generated guidance

The AI site concierge provides general, automated guidance and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Its responses are not a proposal, contract, professional advice, or a binding statement of scope, price, timing, or availability. Final project terms exist only in a separate written agreement.

AI-assisted production

Outcomeward may use AI-assisted tools for research, drafting, architecture, code, testing, documentation, or other production work. Client-supplied facts, claims, brand decisions, legal language, compliance requirements, and final approvals remain subject to authorized human review. AI assistance does not change the written scope, ownership terms, confidentiality obligations, or Outcomeward's responsibility for agreed deliverables.

Collaborators and specialist support

Outcomeward may coordinate qualified collaborators or specialist providers for photography, on-site content capture, visual or video production, selected web-production work, accessibility, security, compliance, migration, or other needs identified in the written scope. Their participation, access, confidentiality obligations, fees, ownership terms, and responsibilities will be defined when applicable. Outcomeward remains accountable for the client relationship and its own agreed deliverables; a collaborator's separate regulated or professional services remain subject to the applicable written terms.

Portfolio and third-party services

Displayed properties are identified as owned ventures unless stated otherwise. Any fictional platform concept is labeled as a concept and is not client work or evidence of results. Links, payment providers, booking platforms, software, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms, availability, security, pricing, and technical limits.

Client responsibilities and accounts

A client is responsible for accurate business information, authorized materials, timely decisions, appropriate subject-matter experts, lawful instructions, known security or compliance requirements, and approved access. Critical domains, payment providers, CRM, email, and similar vendor accounts should ordinarily be client-owned. Delegated access, two-factor authentication, and documented offboarding are used when supported. Passwords, full card data, health information, government identifiers, and other sensitive information must not be submitted through ordinary website forms, email, text, or the AI concierge.

Payments, integrations, and regulated requirements

Secure third-party providers such as Stripe may be used for payment flows when appropriate. Outcomeward does not represent that a starting package includes storage of raw card data, regulated payment infrastructure, HIPAA compliance, SOC 2 certification or contractual commitments, legal compliance, custom security review, data residency, or other specialized obligations. Those needs require explicit qualification, specialist input when appropriate, and a separate written scope.

Managed services and service levels

Managed care or Managed Revenue Operations includes only the monitoring, maintenance, review, change allowance, and response window named in the applicable agreement. It does not include unlimited development, unlimited content, ad spend, third-party fees, guaranteed uptime, or a 24/7 service-level agreement unless expressly contracted.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Outcomeward name, site design, copy, and original materials on this website may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Client ownership is defined in the applicable project agreement.

Reasonable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful or harmful material.
