Outcomeward collects only the information you choose to share when you contact us about a project.

Information you provide

When you request a revenue review or email us, you may provide your name, email address, optional phone number, website, budget range, company scale, operating footprint, decision role, launch window, project goals, current systems, compliance or procurement needs, and other details included in your message.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to evaluate and respond to your request, prepare proposals, provide requested services, maintain business records, and protect the website from misuse. We do not sell personal information.

Inquiry storage and measurement

Inquiry details may be stored by our website hosting provider and delivered to our business email or lead-management tools. Campaign and referral parameters may be saved with an inquiry so we can understand how the visitor reached us. When advertising measurement is enabled, providers such as Google may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure whether an advertisement led to a completed request.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand site usage. Google may receive page URLs, referring pages, approximate location, device and browser details, and limited interactions such as a successfully completed revenue-review request. We do not send inquiry contents, names, email addresses, budgets, payment details, or concierge messages to Google Analytics. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies; browser privacy controls and blocking tools can limit them.

First-party conversion measurement

We also store limited first-party events such as page views, form starts, completed requests, video plays, and contact-link clicks. These records can include the page path, campaign parameters, a short-lived session identifier, and the clicked label, but not form contents, names, email addresses, budgets, or payment details. We use this information to find broken paths and improve the website.

AI site concierge

Messages you send to the AI site concierge are transmitted to OpenAI to generate a response. Do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive information. We do not intentionally save the text of concierge conversations in our lead database. We may retain limited hashed technical records to prevent abuse and control usage.

Service providers and links

This website relies on hosting, domain, and email providers that may process limited technical or message data on our behalf. Portfolio and referral links lead to other websites with their own privacy practices.

Retention and choices

We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, our business records, or legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry information when applicable.
