SCOPE BEFORE SURPRISES

Clear starting points. Written boundaries.

Outcomeward prices the strategic build separately from ongoing care. You know what it takes to launch and what keeps the site managed afterward.

Every final proposal names the pages, systems, integrations, approvals, third-party costs, and what would require a change order.

Starting prices in USD. Final scope controls the final price. Advertising, domains, paid software, photography, and major post-approval additions are separate.

HOW PAYMENT WORKS

No five-figure impulse purchase.

A qualified project is scoped and contracted before checkout opens. Stripe then handles the build milestones and recurring care separately.

BEFORE WE CONNECT STRIPE

The launch gates.

Can someone pay directly on the website?

Not before scope and fit are confirmed. Qualified projects receive a written agreement and a secure payment link for the approved milestones.

Can a client cancel managed care?

The proposed policy is month-to-month after launch with 30 days’ notice. A final agreement will define handoff, account transfer, outstanding invoices, and work outside the included allowance.

Who owns the finished website?

The proposed model gives the client ownership of approved custom site content and design after final payment, while third-party software, licensed assets, and reusable internal tools remain governed by their own licenses or the agreement.

Does the monthly fee include SEO?

It includes technical upkeep, measurement, and the package’s stated improvement time. A continuing content or competitive search program is a separate written scope.

START WITH THE OUTCOME

We will recommend the smallest system that can honestly do the job.
